William Jason Wargin “Bill”
As a Florida native raised in Pinellas County, Bill watched the Greater Tampa Bay area grow from orange groves and single-lane roads to the beautiful subdivisions, amazing dining, and popular entertainment venues you see today. Prior to entering real estate Bill dedicated over 23 years to serving the citizens of Pinellas County as a professional firefighter. Throughout his career, he rose to the rank of Lieutenant, earned a master’s captain license with the US Coast Guard, and was a distinguished member of the Special Operations Group until his retirement in 2017.
To maximize the support offered to his clients, Bill earned his GRI designation and upgraded his license to Broker. Leveraging more than two decades of experience in construction, Bill also holds his Florida Home Inspection license.
These experiences and more give Bill a unique and valuable perspective when helping his clients navigate Tampa Bay’s real estate market.
